TD Synnex Revenue Climbs 38 percent In Q3
Hyve sales surged more than 50 percent, while turnover in both the Americas and Europe leapt over 30 percent.
TD Synnex has recorded double-digit growth in Q3, fueled by gains across its distribution business and another surge from Hyve Solutions as well as strong momentum across all geographies.
Top line reached $21.6 billion for the three months ended August 31, up 37.7 percent from $15.65 billion a year earlier.
This was above the high end of the organization's previous outlook of between $18.2 billion and $19 billion.
Hyve Sales Soar 52 percent
TD Synnex’s distribution business continued to account for most of its top line, but Hyve Solutions, the distie’s hyperscale data center infrastructure unit, delivered the fastest growth.
The division’s turnover surged 51.7 percent to $3.8 billion from $2.5 billion a year earlier.
Distribution revenue reached $17.8 billion during the quarter, up from $13.1 billion a year earlier.
Within TD Synnex’s distribution portfolio, Advanced Solutions was another standout, as the segment's top line leapt 57 percent to $8.5 billion.
Endpoint Solutions sales increased 20 percent to $9.3 billion.
"We delivered another record quarter, with Distribution and Hyve both performing above our expectations and growing above market," said Patrick Zammit, CEO of TD Synnex (pictured).
“Enterprise AI adoption is progressing toward broader production deployments.
“Data center modernization remains a priority as organizations prepare for next-generation infrastructure requirements, while AI is driving new security, governance, and compliance requirements across technology environments.”
Positive Momentum Across All Regions
TD Synnex recorded strong revenue gains across each of its three distribution regions, led by the Americas.
Americas distribution revenue jumped 39.9 percent to $10.3 billion from $7.4 billion a year earlier.
Europe followed with a 30.2 percent revenue increase, climbing from $4.9 billion to $6.4 billion.
Europe also delivered the fastest operating income growth of the three distribution regions.
Operating profit in the region more than tripled, skyrocketing 236.7 percent to $117.5 million.
APJ recorded a 21.7 percent increase in revenue to $1.1 billion.
TD Synnex’s Nine-Month Performance And Q4 outlook
The performance takes TD Synnex’s revenue for the first nine months of FY26 to $58.3 billion, compared with $45.1 billion during the same period last year.
The distributor expects its top line to remain above the $20 billion mark during its final quarter of the year.
TD Synnex is forecasting Q4 revenue of between $21.8 billion and $22.6 billion.
These results consolidate the distributor’s upward momentum, as its top line leapt 31 percent to $19.6 billion in Q2.
