20 Tech Companies Hiring In The IT Channel: October 2025
Access Systems, DXC Technology, AVI-SPL, Cloudflare, MongoDB and Rhombus are among the companies to list open positions for channel-related roles.
This month, Access Systems, DXC Technology and AVI-SPL are among the solution providers to list open positions while Cloudflare, MongoDB and Rhombus are among the vendors to list open positions for channel-related roles.
CRN has looked at open listings on LinkedIn that would bring talent into the channel either by working with a partner or by working at a vendor to support partners.

Open Jobs In The IT Channel
Open channel roles this month include:
- A business development representative with Access Systems
- A developer operations (DevOps) engineer who can make at least $84,100 a year with DXC
- A technical support engineer who can make at least $24.04 an hour with AVI-SPL
- A senior partner solutions engineer in the Midwest who can make at least $208,000 a year with Cloudflare
- A principal partner specialist in the Denver area who can make at least $129,600 a year with MongoDB
- A channel account manager making at least $150,000 a year with Rhombus
The U.S. federal government shutdown has delayed the latest jobs report by the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Automatic Data Processing (ADP) said in its own report on September employment that private employers shed 32,000 jobs during the month. The deepest cuts included the professional and business services sector at 13,000 jobs and leisure and hospitality at 19,000. Information services added 3,000 jobs.

MongoDB
MongoDB has an opening this month for a principal partner specialist in the Denver area who can make at least $129,600 a year, according to a LinkedIn listing.
The New York-based database software vendor wants candidates to have “8 + years experience in a quota carrying direct strategic sales or partner/channel sales, ideally with experience co-selling with the hyperscalers,” according to the listing.
This hire “will own the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy with Google Cloud on the West Coast, and will be responsible for generating incremental pipeline via our cloud partnerships, growing deal size and accelerating sales cycle and close business leveraging our partner programs.”
MongoDB has about 1,200 channel partners worldwide, according to CRN’s 2025 Channel Chiefs.
Rhombus
This month, LinkedIn listings show an open channel account manager position paying at least $150,000 a year with Rhombus.
The Sacramento, Calif.-based physical security platform vendor wants this manager to “help manage the onboarding, enablement, and growth of key Rhombus reseller partners,” according to the listing. “As a member of the channel team, your primary responsibility will be to develop and nurture a defined set of reseller partners so as to exceed an assigned revenue target.”
Candidates should have “2+ years of partner/channel management experience, preferably in Physical Security” and a bachelor’s degree or higher.
Rhombus’ top channel goals for 2025 include improving partner profitability and increasing the amount of net-new accounts coming through partners, according to CRN’s 2025 Channel Chiefs.
Cyera
Aspiring channel account managers in the Pacific Northwest might want to look at this opening with Cyera.
The New York-based security vendor wants this CAM to “be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to build and maintain strong relationships with partners, drive sales through the channel, and achieve revenue targets,” according to the LinkedIn post.
Candidates should have a “minimum of 7-10 years of experience in channel sales or partner management, preferably in the data security or technology industry” and a “bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.”
Cyera has about 100 channel partners worldwide, according to CRN’s 2025 Channel Chiefs.
SUSE
This month, SUSE seeks a global account director who can make at least $131,000 a year and work with Tech Mahindra, according to a LinkedIn post.
The Luxembourg-based secure enterprise open-source product vendor wants this director to “lead the TechM relationship but also be the SME for other GSI relationships,” according to the post.
“The key to success will be your ability to foster cross-functional collaboration and co-innovation between SUSE and key target GSIs including Tech Mahindra, Infosys, TCS and others, and then effectively drive the resulting differentiated solutions into the Telco market together in a way that aligns with both organizations' strategies, goals, and targets,” according to the post.
Candidates should have “15+ years in global alliance/partnership leadership roles including commercial responsibility with both direct and indirect virtual team responsibilities” and “10+ years of experience in the enterprise infrastructure software industry with alliances, partnership sales, and relationship management responsibilities.”
The company also wants a West Coast commercial sales director who can “partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Partner Ecosystem, and Specialist Sales, to drive comprehensive account strategies,” according to a separate LinkedIn post.
Suse wants this director to “facilitate collaboration across teams to ensure seamless delivery of tailored solutions that meet complex client needs and enhance customer satisfaction,” according to the post.
Candidates should be "experienced in developing cohesive sales strategies that integrate the Partner Ecosystem and other internal resources,” according to the post.
SUSE has about 11,000 partners worldwide, according to CRN’s 2025 Channel Chiefs.
Qlik
LinkedIn listings show that Qlik wants a global client executive who can make at least $135,000 a year and “prospect and perform lead generation campaigns leveraging marketing and the partner community.”
The King of Prussia, Pa.-based data integration and analytics tools vendor wants this executive to “assist our Partners and Resellers” and “manage the sales cycle effectively leveraging a value selling approach to drive license revenue in the territory,” according to the LinkedIn post.
Candidates should have “7+ years’ experience direct solution selling in the territory” and “experience working with partners.”
The vendor also has an opening for an Amazon Web Services partner solution architect who can make at least $160,000 a year and “will lead solution co-creation efforts with AWS, deliver technical enablement to partners and internal stakeholders, and champion our technology across the ecosystem,” according to a separate LinkedIn listing.
The architect will “deliver compelling technical enablement sessions to business and technical audiences including partner architects, and system integrators,” according to the post.
Candidates should have “5+ years in a solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or cloud technical role” and “experience working with system integrators and/or managing partner solution development.”
Qlik has about 1,900 channel partners worldwide, according to CRN’s 2025 Channel Chiefs.
Keepit
Keepit has an opening for a channels director this month, according to a LinkedIn post.
The Copenhagen-based data protection vendor wants this director to “drive and scale our partner strategy for the US region,” according to the post. The director will be “leading a team of outstanding Regional Partner Managers” and “responsible for driving revenue through partners to achieve Keepit's ambitious growth objectives.”
Candidates should have “proven leadership experience in building and scaling regional channel ecosystems in the SaaS or cybersecurity space” and a “bachelor’s degree in a related field or experience in a relevant field.”
Keepit also seeks a regional partner manager who “will play an essential role in our global expansion through a partner-preferred sales strategy,” according to a separate LinkedIn listing.
The manager will “strategize, plan, and execute the regional sales strategy in alignment with your team and the partners in your region (resellers, system integrators, managed service providers, local branches of global alliances, as partners.”

Cloudflare
This month, LinkedIn listings show a variety of positions available at Cloudflare for job seekers in the channel.
The San Francisco-based connectivity cloud vendor lists the following among its open jobs:
- Senior territory account executive in Texas who will “engage in account mapping sessions with partners, including training new partners on our technology and GTM strategies”
- Senior partner solutions engineer in the Midwest who can make at least $208,000 a year and “aid your Partner organizations to drive sales for identified opportunities, and collaborate with your technical champions to build revenue pipeline”
- Principal partner account manager in Washington, D.C., who can make at least $297,000 a year and “will be responsible for joint go-to-market, establishing and strengthening executive relationships, generating revenue through Cloudflare’s strategic partnerships with large Federal Systems Integrators (FSI)”
- Principal partner strategy and operations manager who “will work closely with the Americas Vice President of Partner Sales, the Partner Account Teams, Sales, and Marketing to develop and build out the channel strategy for the Americas”

Check Point Software Technologies
Check Point Software Technologies seeks a sales manager for national growth partners this month, according to a LinkedIn listing.
The Tel Aviv, Israel-based security vendor wants candidates who have “6-10 years of proven track record in relationship based channel account management,” according to the post. “Prior experience working with focus partners including GuidePoint and Trace3 (is) a major plus.”
The hire “will be the primary point of contact for our partners and will establish yourself as a valuable resource for the partner” and “develop and implement quarterly and yearly business plans with the partners.”

1Password has an opening this month for a channel enablement manager who can make at least $104,000 a year, according to a LinkedIn post.
The Toronto-based security vendor wants this manager to help equip “our channel resellers, value-added resellers (VARs), and distribution partners with the training, tools, and resources they need to drive customer success and business growth,” according to the LinkedIn post.
Candidates should have “experience working with channel resellers, value-added resellers, or distribution organizations.”
The company has another listing this month for a senior Amazon Web Services alliance manager who can make at least $151,000 a year, according to a separate LinkedIn post. This manager “will maintain strong relationships with our AWS partners, overseeing all AWS related activities.”
