AI Outcomes Take Center Stage As Partners Push Beyond Experimentation
‘For a CIO to measure their success against the AI investment they’re making, the only language a company’s board understands is business outcome,’ says Intuitive.ai CEO Jay Modh.
Channel partners have one major AI focus right now: delivering business outcomes, something easier said than done.
No longer are customers just throwing AI investment money against the wall to see if anything sticks, says Jay Modh, CEO of Intuitive.ai, one of America’s fastest growing AI solution providers.
“For a CIO to measure their success against the AI investment they’re making, the only language a company’s board understands is business outcome,” said Modh.
“The customer expects to start with outcome-first, and how do we prove that we are going to be able to deliver the outcome in the shortest possible time,” he said.
Some of the hottest channel partners in the market today are unlocking AI’s potential by launching a wide variety of new AI innovations—from services and platforms to AI engines.
For CRN’s AI Innovators Week, here are some channel partners who aimed for, and hit, the AI business outcome target.
Intuitive.ai’s $15 Million Investment To Turn AI From ‘Probabilistic To Deterministic’
Intuitive.ai has invested over $15 million in building its decision intelligence platform and AI engine, Intuitive IQ—designed to provide governed, explainable and audit-ready AI for businesses.
Intuitive IQ maps hundreds of business concepts directly to existing company data without needing data migration; allows multiple AI agents to work together with role-based access and guardrails; automates decisions; and lets operators run simulations of business scenarios before executing changes.
“To solve for an AI outcome, you have to look at what data is needed and is data in the right place? And when the data is fixed: it’s usable, it’s deterministic, and then we go and build the AI solution,” said Modh.
“We are solving a fundamental issue that is driving drag or slowing down the AI adoption with Intuitive IQ. And that solution is really shaping the way the industry is going to turn on their AI investment with lots of trust and confidence because we are making all things probabilistic to deterministic with Intuitive IQ,” he said. “That is what’s going to help them drive applied AI adoption across enterprise AI, business AI, or physical AI at scale.”
Intuitive IQ’s business outcome-focus helped Intuitive.ai jump from No. 391 on CRN’s Solution Provider 500 in 2025 to No. 167 in 2026.
“We are a company that focuses on engineering breakthroughs that deliver business outcomes. That’s the tagline of our business today,” the CEO said.
AI Services To ‘Solve Bigger Problems And Get Better Answers’
Other solution providers focus on providing AI business outcomes by launching services that accelerate AI testing and pilots into production as fast as possible.
Promevo, a cloud AI solution provider, recently launched new specialized Google Cloud AI services to quickly drive adoption of Google’s Gemini AI offerings.
“We see an AI transformation journey that started when people began to use AI as assistance, and now with Gemini, you’re starting to see agentic workflows develop,” said Promevo CTO John Pettit.
Promevo’s new Gemini Enterprise Accelerator is an end-to-end service that guides customers through a full Gemini Enterprise deployment at every stage—including data preparation and governance strategy; custom AI agent and platform connector building and configuration; hands-on workshops; and key ongoing optimization and post-launch support.
The offering can guide clients through a full Gemini Enterprise deployment in just eight weeks.
Promevo also recently launched a new Custom AI App Building and Integration service that leverages the Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform. Promevo’s AI specialists work alongside client teams to design, develop and integrate custom AI-powered applications.
“We are helping clients become AI-enabled. Not just enabled to deploy the technology, but get everything connected correctly in a way that’s scalable and reliable,” said Pettit. “Then also bring that into this new Gemini Enterprise ecosystem so you can solve bigger problems and get better answers.”
These types of AI services that provide a true business outcome for a customer are where market leaders like AWS and Google Cloud are placing channel incentives and financial rewards, Pettit said.
“This is great for partners like us who are actually invested in client success and solution architecture to support the clients in their AI journey,” he said.
Park Place Technologies’ AI-Powered Platform For Hardware
Park Place Technologies took a different AI outcomes route with the launch of a new maintenance and monitoring platform that gives clients insights into their hardware assets, which was previously only visible to OEMs.
“OEMs set ‘End of Service Life’ dates on a product line schedule, which makes sense for managing a product portfolio, but says very little about the condition of any individual device sitting in a customer’s rack,” said Daniel Nelson, chief product officer for Park Place.
The $1.2 billion company’s new AI-powered ParkView Asset Intelligence takes end users’ historical maintenance data and telemetry across every device and combines it with the customer’s own service history for that asset to produce: a health score, insights and suggestions for each specific device.
It provides a detailed view into the condition of each hardware device, including servers, storage, network, security appliances and hyperconverged infrastructure, at a level previously “only accessible” to OEMs, he said.
“When the data shows an asset has healthy life left, they can extend it with confidence instead of refreshing on an OEM’s schedule, and put that capital toward the new hardware their AI workloads actually need,” Nelson said.
The AI-powered outcome is clear, he added.
“The value for customers is better lifecycle decisions, which assets to refresh, which to keep running, where to hold spares, and how to plan maintenance budgets,” Nelson said.
Whether partners are providing deployment and consulting services for AI infrastructure, or AI-powered insights to monitor key hardware assets—channel partners are the key to unlocking the massive potential of AI for the business world.
