AWS Partner Innovative Uses Agentic AI To ‘Crack The Code’ On Service Delivery; Signs AWS Strategic Collaboration Agreement
‘If you’re a partner and you haven’t figured out that agentic AI is the future, you’re going to be left in the dust,’ says Justin Copie, CEO of Innovative Solutions, which just signed a Strategic Collaboration Agreement with AWS.
AWS partner Innovative Solutions has “cracked the code on service delivery” through its new Agentic Delivery solution that led AWS to sign a two-year Strategic Collaboration Agreement with the Rochester, N.Y.-based company, said CEO Justin Copie.
“If you’re a partner and you haven’t figured out that agentic AI is the future, you’re going to be left in the dust,” said Copie, whose company has a 99.7 precent customer retention rate.
“This game is all about efficiency, scalability and, honestly, accelerating as fast as you can with customers because customers won’t wait. We’ve just positioned ourselves now to be there front and center,” he said.
The AWS Premier Tier Services partner’s new AI-powered Agentic Delivery model—powered by its proprietary AI platform DarcyIQ along with AWS solutions—enables AI agents to execute work alongside data architects and engineers across the full delivery life cycle.

With AWS AI integrated with DarcyIQ, Innovative Solutions’ teams are generating proposals, executing projects and maintaining ongoing client engagement within a single system.
“We have the ability to go to the market and literally 10X our output for customers. Not only that, but we can build things three to five times faster,” Copie said.
Increasing Capacity Per Engineer, Time To Production And Faster Delivery
Copie said his company’s new Agentic Delivery model has increased product capacity per engineer by 3X, boosted time-to-production nearly 40 percent and increased delivery output quality by 30 percent.
Innovative Solutions’ Agentic Delivery embeds AI agents across the life cycle of services-based business, covering every process stage including prospecting, sales, solution engineering and presales, project setups, partner integrations, architecture, service delivery and ongoing managed services.
Rather than starting customer engagements from scratch, architects pair with DarcyIQ agents to consider the full project context, history of conversations, technical or legal documents, and more to enable delivery teams to move quickly while minimizing wasted time on rework or misunderstandings.
“We record that initial conversation with Darcy and then all subsequent conversations going forward. Darcy gains a ton of context in the very beginning nature of a conversation with a customer all the way through a customer moving forward and then signing a scope of work to execute on a project,” Copie explained. “Then during the actual project, the customer is continuing to iterate on their vision and requirements change. … We can do it all. Everything in the middle—like all the coding and all the tech—we figured out a way to streamline with Agentic AI.”
AWS Signs SCA With Innovative; Hundreds Of New AWS Customers
AWS saw the customer impact and success Innovative Solutions was having so the world’s largest cloud company signed a two-year Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) with the solution provider around agentic service delivery.
“We’re able to serve more customers. AWS saw that we were able to do that last year. We were able to help bring over 400 new customers to AWS,” Copie said. “They were like, ‘Can you do 600 [customers]? Can you do 800 [customers]?’ And that’s literally what our SCA is built on.”
AWS is committed to scaling Innovative Solutions’ agentic service delivery model across customers to accelerate AI adoption in the AWS ecosystem.
“The SCA is built on helping more customers in an efficient way using Agentic AI to do service delivery, but also to bring Agentic AI to the customers so that they can ultimately benefit from this automation,” Innovative Solutions’ CEO said.
Innovative Solutions is one of the fastest-growing Premier Tier AWS Services Partner in North America.
“We’ll be coming up on eight years at the end of this year going all in with AWS. I love their growth. I love their innovation. We’re culturally aligned,” Copie said. “AWS has always remained focused on being customer obsessed. So is Innovative.”
AWS generated $37.6 billion in revenue during the first quarter of 2026, up 28 precent year over year. AWS owns 28 percent share of the global cloud market, followed by Microsoft at 21 percent and Google Cloud at 14 percent share.
