SpaceX Launches Grok AI Partner Program: Here’s What To Know

SpaceX is taking Grok AI to the enterprise channel with a new partner program featuring more than 130 early-access participants, including systems integrators, consultants, services firms and ISVs building AI products, solutions and services.

SpaceX is bringing its Grok AI technology and AI coding services to the indirect channel with the launch of the SpaceX Super Intelligence Partner Network, a new partner program with more than 130 early-access channel and technology partners.

Under the new SpaceXSI program, the Starbase, Texas-based company this month introduced the program for partners using Grok to build products, solutions, and services for joint customers.

How The SpaceX Grok AI Partner Program Works

The SpaceXSI program is targeted at two types of partners, according to a company press release.

The first, transformation partners, include systems integrators, consultants, and services firms who help customers deploy the Grok AI platform across an enterprise to create tangible business value. They deliver enterprise professional services through forward-deployed engineers. They can be in one of three tiers depending on experience and customer success.

The second, marketplace partners, are companies like ISVs that build plug-ins and integrations to let Grok work with customers’ existing tools. They also can be in one of three tiers.

SpaceX did not respond to a CRN request to discuss details of the SpaceXSI partner program.

The new program is the second time SpaceX has moved to create a channel program for its technologies. The company in May, in an S-1 filing, said that it has assembled dedicated sales and engineering teams to market and support Starlink connectivity capabilities for aviation, maritime and land mobility.

The SpaceX executive heading the new channel program appears to be Ashley Hickey, director of North America channels for the company, according to her LinkedIn profile.

Hickey most recently served as director of North America channels for Cursor, the AI coding startup, which SpaceX acquired this past summer in an all-stock deal worth $60 billion. Prior to that, she served in channel executive roles at Cyera and Rubrik.

Cursor Is Helping Shape SpaceX’s AI Partner Strategy

Scott Blahauvietz, vice president of AI sales at Ahead, a Chicago-based solution provider ranked No. 24 on CRN’s 2026 Solution Provider 500, said the link to Cursor is clearly visible in the new SpaceXSI partner program.

Ahead came into the SpaceXSI partner program because it was a Cursor partner before that company was acquired, Blahauvietz told CRN.

“I don’t think SpaceX AI really had a very mature partner program, and so I think a lot of what they’ve done has been a result of what Cursor brought to the table post-acquisition,” he said.

SpaceX is currently maturing and growing its program, Blahauvietz said.

“It’s not unlike what we see with other frontier model providers in this space,” he said. “It’s a services partnership at this point with various tiers within the partnership based on capability, engineers, and some customer metrics as we go forward. We’re super excited about it because we’ve got a very robust AI agentic and AI SDLC delivery program. It’s typically partnered with a hyperscaler, so we start thinking about the multiple partners that we can bring to the table where we’re already focused.”

Ahead can bring together SpaceXSI’s coding assistant with the hyperscaler’s model, Blahauvietz said.

“Riding on top of an AWS instance, for example, we could provide a full, robust solution of technology partners with our customer, and then add our consulting services and maybe managed services in some cases over the top, depending on what the customer wants to do,” he said.

Nearly every enterprise is evaluating multiple players and technologies, and some have placed bets with one or two of them while others are constantly morphing because they realize there will be a technology leapfrog cycle that happens here as different models get released, Blahauvietz said.

“What you’ll see going forward is tighter integration between what Cursor brought to the table and what Grok is delivering, and then finding those enterprise use cases,” he said. “I really think it’s the marriage between how we are driving our AI SDLC program on top of the automation and agentic aspect that Grok brings.”

Solution Providers See An Opening For Grok In Enterprise AI

Kelly Yeh, president of Phalanx Technology Group, a Chantilly, Virginia-based solution provider, has not yet engaged with SpaceX, but will.

“It’s smart to look into any partnerships with arguably the most successful businessperson on the planet,” Yeh told CRN. “He may not win every time, but he wins more than he loses.”

Phalanx Technology Group is looking at the program from the point of view of an integrator because the solution provider is not really a developer, Yeh said.

“We do a lot of infrastructure and security work for our client base,” he said. “And I need to pursue all of these technologies now until the winners start to winnow out. We’re primarily a Microsoft shop, so I’m going to lean heavy on the Copilot side for a lot of my clients. But there’s going to be people who don’t want to do business with Anthropic or Microsoft or Google, and they’re going to be looking for other solutions. ChatGPT is already saturated, and if this is a new program, it is an opportunity to fill a void.”

Yeh said his company is ready to put a data lake in front of Grok and see what it can do.

“We have a couple clients where we have deployed AI for them to connect to their data lakes and manipulate the data,” he said. “We built the lake houses, and we’re just trying to figure out for them how this is going to go. So I think playing with Grok would be a good move. One of the things I’d like to see is on the back end, how to keep proprietary data from leaking out? That’s the number one thing I hear from every client.”

SpaceXSI currently has over 130 partners in the early access phase of its program. In addition to Ahead, other solution providers in the program include Tech Mahindra, EPAM Systems and NTT Data.
