Best Software's CRM Head Resigns

According to a company spokesman, Van Duyne "is moving to another company." Best did not issue a statement about Van Duyne's resignation, and had no further comment.

In his role, Van Duyne was responsible for Best's SalesLogix and Accpac CRM software products. Jim Foster, executive vice president for the entire Mid-Market Division, will assume those responsibilities until a replacement can be found.

Best's Mid-Market Division includes CRM, accounting software such as Accpac, BusinessVision, Businessworks Gold and MAS 90/200/500, and Timberline Office for the construction and real estate industries, as well as software for the non-profit and specialized markets.
