NetSuite Struts Plus-Sized CRM

customer relationship management

Based on NetSuite CRM, the San Mateo, Calif.-based company's flagship hosted service, CRM+ adds several new modules, including an order management section that lets salespeople work the deal to the close and beyond. In CRM+, booked orders appear in sales forecasts.

An add-on Incentive Management module, available only to CRM+ users, can handle complex commission plans based on quotas, or incentives tagged to total sales or quantities. And several new features in the partner relationship area, including access to sales forecasting and lead management, sales tracking, and performance metrics, extend NetSuite's reach beyond the company and its customers.

Additional add-ons in the Website part of NetSuite will also be available only to the new service users, and range from a site building tool to integrated Web analytics that include click-through and page hit data.

NetSuite CRM+ will roll out in June at a price of $129 per user per month (NetSuite CRM remains at $79 per user per month), with the various add-on modules, such as the incentive manager and Web metrics, priced at an additional $199 per month per module.
