Novell Taps Heystee To Run North America Channel, Sales, Consulting

Novell has named Susan Heystee as president, Novell North America.

In that role, she will head field sales, consulting, channel business, and support, the company said Friday morning.

Heystee replaces Ron Hovsepian, who was recently named executive vice president and president of worldwide field operations for Novell.

Heystee has been with Waltham, Mass.-based Novell since March of 2004. Prior to that she had held positions at SSA Global and Baan.

Heystee also joins Novell's worldwide management committee.
