AppBank: Be A Developer, No Tech Know-How Needed
AppBank promises that anyone can publish applications without needing programming skills. According to the company, AppBank's top earners currently make up to $769 per month.
"Stay-at-home moms, college students and anyone that can use the Web can create an AppBank application with short training videos and simple templates that guide users through an easy step-by-step process, point-and-click functionality for embedding pictures and YouTube videos, and marketing tips to promote apps," the company said in a statement.
To create apps, developers first need to choose an "app designer application" from the AppBank site, which then links directly to Facebook. From there, developers have to fill out three different forms. After filling out the questionnaire, apps are submitted for approval.
After getting the OK, Appbank's payment cycle is on the first and 15th of the month. Once the cycle is closed the company issues payments for anyone who has completed a W9 and meets the minimum payout threshold (only $5 for Paypal) within seven business days.
For advertisers, AppBank boasts that they are "experts" at helping promote brands and products reach targeted social audiences. The platform also provides metrics about an app's financial performance, including how much it's earning per day or week.
