Kaseya CEO: New CRO, CTO To Drive Next Phase Of AI-Led Growth
‘The Kaseya platform will harness the power of AI to set a new standard in automation and security for MSPs, reduce complexity and ultimately deliver unprecedented efficiency, self-healing capabilities and profitability for the SMB customers they serve,’ says Rania Succar, Kaseya CEO.
This week, Kaseya appointed Anthony Anzevino as CRO and Pratik Wadher as CTO, marking a strategic move by new CEO Rania Succar to accelerate innovation while reinforcing the company’s commitment to keeping MSPs at the core of its vision.
“Small and midsize businesses are undergoing a once-in-a-generation transformation of their technology stacks, and MSPs will be the critical partners guiding that journey,” Succar said in a statement. “Kaseya has the unique opportunity to be at the center of this shift, harnessing AI to drive automation, strengthen security, protect data and ultimately power every part of the SMB technology ecosystem.”
Anzevino brings go-to-market experience from leadership roles at Commvault, Veeam Software and Amazon Web Services. As CRO, he will oversee global sales, business development and customer success with a focus on aligning teams, strengthening client partnerships and accelerating revenue growth.

Wadher joins Kaseya with more than 25 years of experience in enterprise technology, having held senior positions at Intuit, Applatix and Data Domain. As CTO, he will lead the development of Kaseya’s unified, AI-powered platform, integrating more than 40 products to deliver intelligent automation, self-healing capabilities and enhanced security.
The appointments, according to the CEO, reinforce the Miami-based vendor’s commitment to helping MSPs and SMBs simplify IT, strengthen security and harness AI to operate more efficiently and securely.
Succar, who took over as CEO in June, told CRN at the time that “AI is at the center of its innovation strategy, with a goal to discover new growth opportunities.”
“This isn’t just about cost savings, it’s about driving smarter, faster service for small businesses,” she said at the time.
“I have spent the last nine years building innovative technology solutions for small businesses to fuel their success,” she said. “Kaseya is incredibly well positioned to play a big role in small- business success, given our deep partnership with MSPs. These providers are trusted advisers to small businesses and we’re here to supercharge their impact.”
With the two new C-suite hires, the company plans to accelerate progress across every part of its business, especially go-to-market and technology.
“On the GTM [go-to-market] front, we will place an even greater emphasis on driving customer outcomes, knowing that when our customers succeed, expansion and retention naturally follow,” she said in a statement. “On the technology front, the Kaseya platform will harness the power of AI to set a new standard in automation and security for MSPs, reduce complexity and ultimately deliver unprecedented efficiency, self-healing capabilities and profitability for the SMB customers they serve."
