Myriad360 Acquires Advizex, Creating $900M Nvidia AI Platform Powerhouse
The acquisition establishes the combined company as a bona fide global Nvidia AI platform powerhouse with the networking, hardware and services muscle to provide it with a big competitive advantage in the booming AI market.
Fast-growing Nvidia InfiniBand superstar Myriad360, one of the top AI networking providers, is acquiring AI infrastructure superstar Advizex in a deal that creates a new Nvidia global platform powerhouse with $900 million in annual run rate gross revenue.
The deal combines Myriad360’s networking prowess as one of the top HPE Juniper and Cisco AI networking partners with the AI infrastructure muscle of Advizex, a Dell Titanium partner and a leader in the as-a-service market with Dell Apex and HPE GreenLake.
The acquisition establishes the combined company as a bona fide global Nvidia AI platform powerhouse with the networking, hardware and services muscle to provide it with a big competitive advantage in the booming AI market.
The blockbuster deal comes as Nvidia moves to position itself as a full AI platform provider including Mellanox networking, software and services.
“This is about building a platform positioned for where the market is going,” said Myriad360 President and CEO Jay Miley in a press release. “Our priority is continuity for clients and expanded opportunities for our teams. People buy from people they know and trust, and that remains unchanged. What expands is the capability, scale and reach behind those relationships. Together, we are positioned to serve clients across the AI and enterprise infrastructure spectrum, from foundation to activation to ongoing operations.”
Myriad360, No. 110 on the 2025 CRN Solution Provider 500, a top provider of networking technologies for neocloud providers, has established itself as a leader in Mellanox switching platforms and InfiniBand fabric deployments.
Myriad360 is listed on LinkedIn with 304 employees with its sales team growing by 38 percent over the last year.
Advizex is listed on LinkedIn with 301 employees with its engineering and consulting teams experiencing a 5 percent increase in head count and its customer success team staffing up 50 percent.
Myriad360—which was listed on Inc. 5000 in 2025 with three-year revenue growth of 77 percent—was recognized as the Juniper Networks Worldwide Cloud Ready Data Center Partner of Year in 2022.
Advizex, No. 129 on the 2025 CRN Solution Provider 500, meanwhile, has been recognized by Nvidia with its Trailblazer Partner of the Year award at the Nvidia GTC event last year. The award singled out Advizex as a “visionary partner spearheading AI adoption and setting new industry standards.”
Advizex was also singled out as AI Partner of the Year in CRN’s inaugural Best of The Channel Awards.
The award came after Advizex made a big first-mover drive into the AI market, establishing a new AI business unit two years ago led by Advizex sales veteran Steve Kucker as vice president and general manager of the high-performance and AI compute unit.
“Advizex has built long-standing client relationships grounded in trust, accountability and performance,” said Advizex CEO C.R. Howdyshell in a prepared statement. “Joining Myriad360 expands what we can deliver while preserving who we are. Our clients will continue working with the same trusted leaders and engineers, now supported by a broader platform.”
Advizex will operate as Advizex, a Myriad360 company, as the “organizations focus first on stability, revenue growth and collaborative integration planning,” said Myriad360 in a press release.
