Shannon has been with AVANT for 12 years and started as employee #6 in 2011, as an intern in the early entrepreneurial days of the company, and is now a Director of Sales managing AVANT’s top strategic partners. Shannon has a broadcasting communications degree from the University of Toledo, which lends well to the present day, where she participates in numerous panels and conference stages in front of the industry and her peers. Shannon is currently the Charity Committee President and Co-Chair of the Chicago Chapter of the Alliance of Channel Women. She lives in Chicago with her husband and corgi, Larry David, who is famous in his own right and a known member of many Zoom meetings.

Shannon understands success is earned and never handed out. The daily grind of preparations leads to successful meetings and events unlike any other.
