ScanSource To Miss 3Q Sales Forecast

The Greenville, S.C.-based company now forecasts sales of $350 million to $357 million for the quarter ended March 31, down from its earlier projection of between $363 million and $371 million. In the same period last year, ScanSource reported $293.6 million in sales.

ScanSource shares were trading at $46.31, down $6.19. The company didn't explain the revised revenue guidance or comment on earnings estimates.

ScanSource is scheduled to release its final third-quarter results on April 28, when it also will provide a fourth-quarter financial outlook.
