Digital River Takes Over's Customers

Digital River made its ninth acquisition Friday with the purchase of's customers.

The e-commerce ASP paid $875,000 in cash for 3,000 subscription customers of Network Commerce subsidiary The deal also gives Network Commerce an opportunity to garner revenue from the acquired customers over the next 10 months.
