Ingram Micro Offers Netarx Remote Monitoring Services

Through Ingram Micro, solution providers can enroll in the Netarx Channel Partner program, which includes access to a Netarx co-branded network monitoring service, a lead-creation program, a supply chain sales portal to effectively manage and drive network monitoring business, pre- and post-sales assistance, and a monthly recurring revenue stream.

Bingham Farms, Mich.-based Netarx is seeking better geographic coverage in the United States for its network monitoring solution, and feels Ingram Micro's solution providers can provide that coverage.

Because we do not mark up products or licenses, we can provide a one-stop solution to our partners, saving them up to half a million dollars in hardware, software and staff to mind a well-rounded monitoring solution," said Duane Tursi, co-founder and president of Netarx.

The system allow solution providers to continuously monitor clients' network systems through a Netarx sensor unit installed on an end user's network and connected securely via the Internet to a 24x7 central monitoring system. The system detects, notifies and reports network incidents, and also offers advice on how to fix them, according to Netarx.
