Synnex Expands Into Mexico With Second Acquisition In Two Days

Synnex Tuesday said it has acquired sales and distribution operations from Novitech, a Mexico City-based distributor, as well as branch locations in Guadalajara, Puebla, Veracruz, Queretaro, and Monterrey.

The subsidiary, called Synnex de Mexico, began distribution operations May 1.

On Monday, Fremont-based Synnex said it had agreed to purchase Gates/Arrow the broadline distribution arm of Arrow Electronics.
