AG Neovo Opens Flat-Panel Displays To Channel Through Distributors

Effective Thursday, AG Neovo displays are slated to be offered to the channel--particularly VARs looking for specialized corporate, vertical, education and government solutions--through distributors including Amax Engineering, Daewoo International, Electrograph Systems, International Computer Graphics and Metro Business Systems.

AG Neovo flat-panel displays include the X-Series, S-Series, M-Series and F-Series. The X-Series features a 17.4-inch active matrix screen at 1280 x 1024 resolution and carries an estimated street price of $899, according to the company.

The S-Series comes in 15-, 17-, 18- or 19-inch active matrix screens at 1024 x 768 or 1280 x 1024 resolutions and range in price from $499 to $1,099.

The M-Series features a 15-inch active matrix screen, with 1024 x 768 resolution and carries an estimated street price of $529. The M-15V model also includes a built-in amplifier and speakers, as well as analog, video and USB inputs.

The F-Series is offered in 15- and 17-inch active matrix screens and 1024 x 768 or 1280 x 1024 resolutions. The displays come in a choice of colors, and new models feature built-in speakers, SRS 3D and WOW surround sound technology, and enhanced video. The F-Series displays range in price from $339 to $559.

Minson Chen, vice president at AG Neovo, said the company's NeoV Crystal Optic Filter for its S, X and M lines feature a sophisticated glass filter that helps provide a more sophisticated image that is easier on the eyes.

Inputs include analog, DVI and S-video that allows the display to work as a desktop monitor and/or LCD TV. Flat-panel accessories include a TV tuner, wall-mount Kit, LCD display arm, wireless R/F keyboard and mouse.
