EMC announced that RSA will be integrated as the cornerstone of its new Information Security division, leaving it unclear how RSA's recent acquisitions of Cyota and PassMark will be integrated. ( See CRN story.)

If the deal is completed, it will add USCerts' ability to facilitate remote ordering of certified birth, death, marriage and divorce certificates to ChoicePoint's portfolio of data services. The deal is expected to be completed in the third or fourth quarter of 2006.

Headquartered in Dallas, Tex., Prodika develops collaborative Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software for the consumer packaged goods industry. San Jose, Calif.-based Agile considers this acquisition an enhancement to its line of PLM products.
