Arrow's SBM Unit Offers HP Professional Services To Solution Providers

SBM will make available more than 80 HP services through HP Consulting and Integration Express Services for the first time through distribution.

The workshops are designed to help solution providers identify opportunities where the services may be utilized. The services range from Oracle configuration and planning to firewall functionality assessments and are delivered by HP.

SBM will provide hands-on marketing training offerings from Arrow's Marketing Support Services, said Michael Haley, vice president of SBM.

"The workshops will offer a unique opportunity for resellers to interact with HP experts and discuss how they can profit from Express Services, as well as learn strategies for incorporating Express Services into their own best practices and sales models," Haley said in a statement. "In addition, we're ensuring that our partners have marketing tools and sales training to aggressively market and sell these services." The workshops are open to all Arrow resellers and will be held Aug. 11 at HP's Dallas facility and Aug. 25 at the Westin Peachtree Plaza Hotel in Atlanta.
