CRN Channel Madness Semifinals: Sbar, Dupaquier On The Ropes

With less than 60 minutes left in semifinals voting for the CRN Channel Madness Tournament of Chiefs, it's now or never for the Field of Four.

Here's a look at where things stand as we prepare to find out who'd moving on to the championship round.

The scales shifted dramatically after weekend voting in the contest between Shannon Sbar of APC by Schneider Electric and Sophos's Mike Valentine. Valentine was already ahead Friday morning but moved into overdrive throughout the past few days to extend his lead. He's now fully in control of this matchup 78 percent to 22 percent.

Things tightened up a bit in the battle between Verizon's Adam Famularo and IBM's Marc Dupaquier. Famularo lost a few steps, down three points since Friday, but still leads this one 59 percent to 41 percent.

Voting for this round closes Monday, April 6 at noon ET. Then the winners of these matchups will meet later Monday as the final round kicks off April 6 at 4:00 PM ET. Visit CRN.com/madness to cast your votes and choose your chiefs.
