Uniphore’s First-Ever Channel Program Offers Partners ‘Replicable Playbook’ To Scale Their Business

“I go by the old African proverb of, ‘If you’re going to go fast, go alone. And if you’re going to go far, go together,’ and at Uniphore we wanted to combine both speed and going far with the ecosystem,” Sachdev told CRNtv. “So, we put together Unite as a program which combines the maturity that comes from a large enterprise partner program with the agility of a startup company.”

Uniphore Unite Program tiers:

  UNITE Reseller/UNITE BPO

  • Entry level tier that allows new partners to ramp up their business by building skills and revenue.
  • Partners interested in the program must provide a business plan based on commitments and have at least $250,000 in opportunity.

UNITE Pro

  • Partners who’ve invested in Uniphore and achieved the first threshold revenue target, as well as met the sales and technical training commitments for the Pro level.

UNITE Pro+

  • Uniphore’s highest partner level with the highest revenue and skills attainments.

But as he’s learned in his life, he added, “’Hustle doesn’t scale, but replicable playbooks do,’ so this program is taking all of our learnings and making it into a replicable playbook so we can do a lot more for our partners.”
