Demo: Datto Debuts Brand New Hardware

Data backup company Datto debuted a new product line-up at the XChange Solution Provider conference in Los Angeles this week, a first-ever upgrade to their Siris and Alto hardware product lines.

The Alto product line is designed to serve smaller businesses in Datto’s market. ’What we found is there’s kind of a gap in the business continuity conversations that MSP’s were having with their end-users,’ said VP of Business Development Rob Rae. ’They weren’t really buying into business continuity or backup, or there was no proper solution that was priced properly for that small part of the market. Alto is that fix.’

Datto updated their flagship Siris line, which provides enterprise level backup and recovery hardware. Within the United States, Datto provides bi-coastal data centers.

Datto develops hardware and software for business continuity and disaster recovery. Datto provides local backup for devices, as well as replication devices in the cloud.
