Leading this week's news, Microsoft's customers vented their frustrations about two major outages in Office 365 applications. Customers called Microsoft out for weak response times and communication. Just as the stress escalated, Microsoft sent out an untimely tweet about rapid response time, leading to much criticism.

Microsoft’s Lync and Exchange servers were down for eight and six hours, respectively.

HP rolled out an enterprise switching line this week, and it's calling it a Cisco Catalyst 4500 "killer."
