XChange 2017: Hot Products From The Solutions Pavilion

At XChange 2017, just outside of Orlando, Fla., channel products and demos were on display for all to see. Special offerings were presented to solution providers, like Pax8's ConnectWise Integration through their automation platform (all for free) as well as Intermedia's steadfast opportunity around voice.

"Over fifty percent of our new business is coming from voice. What we're discussing here at our booth is about dispelling some of the myths about getting involved in the voice business," said Eric Martorano, CRO at Intermedia.

Major cost savings are in store for partners that work with Pax8 thanks to their automation and integration through ConnectWise.

"Usually solution providers will pay upwards of $400 a month for that integration," said Nick Heddy, VP of Sales for Pax8.

He went on to mention that 'ease of doing business' is the most important factor for MSPs. Mike Winter, VP of Sales at RapidFire Tools introduced Network Detective, which is software that MSPs and solution providers use to fully automate the process of doing IT assessments.

"They can use this for everything from general purpose network and discovery, through to security and compliance," said Mike Winter.

Winter explained that the financial opportunity for solution providers using Network Detective is great, as they can use it to document and understand what is on a network during the process of prospecting.

"This helps them sell and close new business, as well as build proposals that sell," said Winter.
