Bluewolf Partners With Informatica To Bring 'Analytic Backbone' To Portfolio

Bluewolf, a global solution provider specializing in deployments, has entered a partnership with data-integration software vendor Informatica to add an "analytic backbone" to its portfolio, the companies said Wednesday .

Steve Faris, Bluewolf's chief platform officer, said now that Informatica has joined Bluewolf's global analytics practice as a strategic partner, the solution provider will be designing, implementing and operating Informatica infrastructure, speeding up delivery of analytic capabilities applied to data generated by the CRM.

"Informatica’s analytics can handle almost any selling and service scenario to better translate into a next-best action, and are already tightly integrated with Salesforce technologies, enabling us to retain focus on customers and business outcomes instead of technology," Faris told CRN.

"It will provide a data backbone, helping Bluewolf's clients expose actionable data within their organizations," Faris said.

Informatica's Cloud Integration and cloud Master Data Management solutions integrate Salesforce data, empowering companies to predict actions that will foster customer engagement.

That type of analytic intelligence is increasingly important to companies trying to maintain a competitive edge, Faris told CRN.

With the new partnership, Bluewolf's customers "should expect to see significant improvement in customer-focused engagement, realize faster time-to-value through accelerated implementations, and derive more insights from their existing Salesforce-based and non-Salesforce data," Faris said.

The two companies will be collaborating across shared vertical industries, from financial services, insurance, healthcare and life sciences, and higher education, helping those customers adopt and optimize CRM, orchestrate data migration and integrations between CRM and legacy on-premise applications.

’We are pleased to partner with Bluewolf to help organizations around the world maximize the value of their data and engage more effectively with their customers,’ said Anil Chakravarthy, Informatica executive vice president and chief product officer, in a prepared statement.
