Here Are Nutanix’s Most Highly Compensated Execs In 2022

Shareholders will have a chance to cast a non-binding vote on the executives’ fiscal year 2022 compensation at a meeting December 9.

2022 total compensation: $5.6 million
2021 total compensation: $6.3 million
Change: -11.1 percent
Williams, who is currently CFO for SaaS security vendor Arctic Wolf, where he took over in April after leaving Nutanix. Williams led Nutanix through its IPO in 2016 and before that he helped to take two other technology companies -- Gigamon Inc. and Infinera Corporation -- public.
