Shareholders will have a chance to cast a non-binding vote on the executives’ fiscal year 2022 compensation at a meeting December 9.

Ramaswami has been the president and CEO of Nutanix for almost two years, after spending four years at competitor VMware and the six years prior to that at Broadcom. The technolgoy industry veteran has a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at Berkley.
