Cloud monitoring and management for the sake of keeping customer experience of applications in top shape, to make sure the software stack is secure and to create guardrails against blowing past financial budgets should continue to attract users even as companies take another look at spending amid potential recession concerns.

In fact, ways to provide more control over company IT environments and tools and ways to automate those controls are exactly what some businesses will look for this year.

In October, research firm Gartner released a study predicting that cloud management and security services spending should reach $41.7 billion in 2023. That’s a 20 percent increase year over year.
