CDW Government Continues Double-Digit Growth

In the 2006 GovernmentVAR listing of the 100 leading integrators and solution providers serving the public sector, CDW pointed to the integration of IT products and services, development of custom or proprietary software solutions, disaster recovery/business continuity, and the sale of every technology under the sun -- from printers and monitors to wireless networking and RFID -- as driving growth in the segment.

CDW reported a more conservative 3 percent growth in corporate segment sales for 2Q '06, and overall company growth of 6 percent year-over-year, with sales reaching $1.6 billion.
