NEC Partner Hiperwall Trumpets 'Most Powerful' Visual Wall System

Differentiating itself from traditional digital signage offerings, software-driven Hiperwall has developed what it promises is the "most powerful video wall system available today."
Irvine, Calif.-based Hiperwall is an NEC partner, and its video wall systems can use various types of content at once, including videos, streaming content and ultra-high-resolution images.
"Hiperwall allows you to take all of those systems and combine them into one integrated view, so you can look at all the information you need for fully informed decision-making," said Hiperwall CEO Jeff Greenberg.
Because Hiperwall is software-based rather than hardware-based, the company ensures it is a more scalable and flexible video wall solution. End users can choose the displays, computers and networks of their choice.
Hiperwall also has partnered with Ingram Micro, and its solutions have been put into use for command-and-control centers, in addition to digital signage. Target verticals include security and surveillance, law enforcement, education, retail and education, among many others.
