Last month, Infomart sold its Dallas-based data center to the world's largest data center operator, Equinix, for $800 million. Equinix bought all of Infomart's Dallas operations and tenants in a move to strengthen its global platform.

In December, The Wall Street Journal reported that Infomart's financial backers were exploring a sale. Infomart was founded in 2006 and is owned by ASB Real Estate Investments, a $7.2 billion private real estate investment trust.
