Continuum, LogMeIn Agree To Exclusive MSP Channel Partnership

In a deal to deepen their channel partnership, LogMeIn and Continuum have agreed to an exclusive managed services channel partnership.

"We are excited to deepen our partnership with Continuum and believe that their managed services solutions provide a strong complement to our remote access offerings in helping MSPs grow their business," said Ted Roller, LogMeIn's vice president of channel development, in a prepared statement.

The move represented the two companies working toward a common goal of providing the best combination of remote access products to their customers in an increasingly mobile world.

"The escalating demands placed on today's MSPs require them to stay connected with full functional access to their RMM tools, whether they are in the office or on the road -- and we are delighted we can continue to play an integral role in delivering the best of both worlds to Continuum's partners," Roller said in a prepared statement.

The partnership expands on the 2012 agreement between the two companies to allow Continuum to package LogMeIn Remote to its partners. The previous collaboration created an app for MSPs to open tickets, view devices, run scripts and fix problems on the go.

"Second best is not an option for our partners when choosing a total managed services solution and the ability to provide LogMeIn as a bundled part of our offering is critical to knowledgeable MSPs who insist on the absolute best remote access technology." said Dee Zepf, vice president of product management and technical services at Continuum.
