Polycom Offers New Services Through Channel

Available worldwide through Polycom's solution providers, the services include an ISDN-to-IP migration workshop, a service quality assessment and a program for performance benchmarking and best practice assessment.

The ISDN-to-IP Transition Workshop is a two-day interactive session designed to help customers move their legacy conferencing networks over to IP. The session covers areas such as business case development; video, voice, data and Web conferencing architecture; infrastructure verification and transition planning.

The Video Conference Service Quality Assessment helps customers measure and improve the reliability, performance and ease of use of their videoconferencing environments.

The Performance Benchmarking and Best Practices Assessment focuses on evaluating the Quality of Service, operational efficiency and business benefits provided by a customer's videoconferencing network.

All three services provide customers with detailed reports that include suggestions on how they can improve their videoconferencing deployments.
