NEXVU Unveils Alliance Program
The program, formally titled the NEXVU Alliance Program, was unveiled Tuesday and provides incentives for solution providers to join the company's nascent channel play.
"Value-added resellers are a key strategic component in our plan to help companies align technologies with their business objectives," said Scott Allen, the Schaumburg, Ill.-based company's president and CEO. "[Our] main goal is to empower VARs to offer a strong product offering in the application performance management market."
As Allen explained, the NEXVU Alliance Program will provide participating VARs with access to cooperative marketing funds, sales tools, advanced technical support, creative services and production capabilities.
The program also will aim to connect partners with sales leads -- a key to generating revenue in the performance management space.
Allen added that the program will be divided into three tiers: Platinum for top-selling VARs; Gold for VARs who commit to an advanced level of NEXVU products; and Silver for VARs with a regional or vertical focus.
NEXVU sells the NEXVU Command Center and Appliance, a device that sits on an enterprise network and tests application performance from the user's point of view.
