The relationship marks AT&T's first strategic relationship with an ISV in which it is aligning sales forces and creating a joint go-to-market approach, a company spokeswoman said. And AT&T is also the first major telco in Siebel's alliances program offering enterprise networking, hosting and application performance management solutions.
