Telcentris Debuts White Label Hosted Services Program

Telcentris on Monday debuted a white label program that will allow channel partners to sell complete, hosted VoIP as a turnkey offering. It's the latest move in what for Telcentris, has become a series of efforts to up its mindshare in the networking and managed services channels, and build on its base of about 75 partners and 2 master agencies.

The white label program, intended for interconnects, incumbent local exchange carriers (ILEC), competitive local exchange carriers (CLEC) and Internet telephony service providers (ITSP), will be made available through Telcentris' channel partner program immediately. The optional services include SIP trunking, hosted IP-PBX, carrier services such as domestic and international origination and termination and SMS, callback services, and residential landline replacement services.

White label packages start at about $5,000, and will include full private label branding of portals, tailored to each individual business, an administrative portal for managing accounts, an integrated billing platform with usage tracker, and a 3-day training session for VoIP sales.

"We kept getting asked about it," said Tad Nikolich, Telcentris' sales director. "We feel now that we can take it to market and it can be very streamlined, with not only our direct team but also our channel going out there and selling it. More and more interconnects want to have a hosted PBX product, and we can provide good margins."

Founded in 2006, Telcentris in October 2009 launched its partner program behind the emerging success of VoxPBX, a hosted virtual PBX phone system and VoxTrunk, for virtualized connections, and other products. Its channel incentives come in addition to occasional spiffs. Telcentris for direct partners offers a 20 percent commission on its core product lines, and master agents can qualify for 30 percent.

The company recently began offering an online, self-service tool for channel partners to help them develop proposals and contracts, and last month, added a carrier services portfolio to provide wholesale voice and SMS services.
