Call One Aggressively Pursues New Partners

Chicago-based solution provider Call One is actively recruiting partners as it targets verticals ranging from manufacturing to finance.

"We have a certain level of solutions from a carrier perspective that we think will be a good fit for their clients," said Executive Vice President Derrick Havis.

"As their clients are taking services to the cloud and are looking to leverage Voice over IP [VoIP] and communications all in one, we're able to provide those circuits. We're able to provide that bandwidth and provide solutions," he said.

Call One's solutions include cloud, data security, networking and VoIP. Services include cabling/repair, cloud, collaboration, Internet services and phone systems. Call One also provides professional services and managed services.

In the managed services department, Call One promises increased efficiency and reduced downtime, reduced expenses, proactive services, and backup and data recovery.

Havis said Call One fits into any networking partner's portfolio.

"We can provide that final piece in order to complete the puzzle," he said.
