Dell Exec Dishes On How To Get The Most From New Partner Program
Dell unveiled a number of updates to its partner program at Dell Technologies World in Las Vegas. Howard Elias, president of Dell Services, Digital and IT, urged solution providers to become trusted advisers in order to get the most from the new offerings.
The new Dell EMC Ready Stack will make it easier for partners to bundle, sell and build converged infrastructure solutions. Partners will also be able to sell their own services, such as deployment services, on top of validated infrastructure.
’It’s not just about the technology or the solutions,’ said Elias. ’It’s also about helping customers with their people, their process and their operating models.’
Elias told CRNtv that solution providers should help customers build a road map for the future.
’True digital transformation is not just about the technology. It's about how you adopt and consume that technology and really having cultural and behavioral changes,’ he added.
