Secure Network Group, Lawrence, Kan., provides security consulting, integration and managed security services.

The acquisition is Pittsburgh-based RedSiren's fourth in the past nine months, including its purchase last fall of Atomic Tangerine, a security solution provider based in Menlo Park, Calif.

In a prepared statement, RedSiren President and CEO Doug Goodall said Secure Network Group is the first of several acquisitions RedSiren is planning this year to strengthen its brand.
