Microsoft Issues Patch To Fix IE Holes That Invite Hacker Attack, Phishing

While the company normally posts monthly patches, the special bulletin released this week for IE addresses one issue deemed "critical" and two others ranked "important," Microsoft said.

Phishing is a technique aimed at tricking web site visitor into providing personal information or taking an unsafe action, Microsoft said.
