NetLedger Announces New President

Zach Nelson, most recently chief strategy officer at the security-software provider, will help drive NetLedger's continued growth, the company said in a statement.

Nelson left Network Associates last fall. He also served as president and CEO of the company's security ASP subsidiary, myCIO, which was folded into the corporate structure in early 2001. Previously, Nelson was vice president of worldwide marketing at Oracle.

NetLedger co-founder Evan Goldberg will retain his CEO position at the company, which is financially backed by Oracle Chairman and CEO Larry Ellison.
