Altogether, surveillance cameras show that the thieves smashed the windows of a Marlton, N.J., store in the Sagemore Shopping Center with a large rock before grabbing 23 MacBook Pros, 14 iPhones and nine iPod Touches during the speedy 2 a.m. burglary.

The men, who appeared to be armed, signaled to the security guard on duty that they had a gun. The five thugs then proceeded to quickly grab MacBooks, iPhones and iPod Touches at their discretion from the long merchandise tables before fleeing the store.

While thieves initially appeared to get away with the robbery, the serial numbers on the devices could possibly give them away at a future date if they try to sell the merchandise.

Initial reports estimate that the stolen Apple merchandise could be in the tens of thousands of dollars, however the exact value has yet to be determined.
