Recorded Future and FireEye discussed their latest innovations with CRNtv at RSA 2018.
RSA officially kicked off on Monday, the same day Recorded Future announced a new program for channel partners: Connect Xchange. The Somerville, Mass-based threat intelligence vendor said the problem aims to solve problems around integration.
"We've had a lot of technology partners reach out to us -- they wanted to get that threat intelligence into their systems to better help their customers and what we realized is that the only way to bring this to scale was to build a program that would allow them to build the integration directly into our product," said Scott Todaro, Vice President of Marketing at Recorded Future.
Todaro says putting the integration together offers solution providers the chance to learn more about both vendors' products and become a preferred provider.
Meanwhile, FireEye, the intelligence-led security company, is pushing to simplify cybersecurity protection with its FireEye Security Suite. CEO Kevin Mandia said it will bring enterprise-grade security to mid-market organizations. The solution combines endpoint security, network security and email security.
