Most Significant Changes To Partner Program Over The Past Year: We expanded our ecosystem with more members and new tools, strengthening partner relationships. Elements included: robust profiles with MQL pass-throughs, profiling Knights experts, launching a partner services delivery CSAT and services forecasting tool, leveraged internal customer success programs/teams, expanded services MDF, and provided capabilities briefings with regional direct sales teams.
