Please provide a brief overview of the company's cloud partner program or describe the components of your company's overall partner program that specifically pertains to cloud computing.AppRiver offers cloud-based cybersecurity and productivity services including spam and virus filtering, Web malware protection, email encryption, secure archiving and email continuity, as well as Office 365 and Secure Hosted Exchange. Partners have the benefit of partnering with a 2-tier Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider to layer security with Office 365. Currently, there are three tiers: Advisor Plus, Reseller, and Whitelabel. Advisor Plus: partner generates the lead and receives a 10% commission for the life of the account. Reseller: responsible for billing and supporting the client 100%. AppRiver bills the partner at the reseller rate, and then the partner can mark the service. Reselers have access to the US-based Phenomenal Care team, but are responsible for first-tier client support. Whitelabel: A step up from the reseller program, this model is ideal for telcos, ISVs, hosting companies and service providers who want to put their brand on our award-winning email & Web security solutions. AppRiver's partners are backed by the 100% Success Guarantee, meaning that if the partner has five or more customers on any of AppRiver's services and is not satisfied at the end of their first six months, AppRiver offers free migration assistance to move them to another provider - and refunds up to $500.
