Acuity Technologies is a technology infrastructure company focused on procurement, deployment, and support of voice, data, cloud, and hosting/collocation services.   • Support and Help Desk -- Tailored outsource support of communications infrastructure from triage to remediation. Support services include first- and second-level help desk and triage, on-site technical support, Integration with third-party ticketing systems and monitoring and management of edge devices.
  • Infrastructure Management - Working closely with stakeholders in IT and finance, Acuity's management methodology ensures that the communications infrastructure aligns with business objectives. These services include inventory and contract liability management, procurement processes for communications and associated services, vendor relationship management and quarterly executive reviews with stakeholders. Acuity's broad expertise allows companies ranging from small to Fortune 500, the ability to tailor our resources to fit their needs.
