Check-Up On U.S. Health-Care IT Spending

Comparing these findings to VARBusiness' 2005 State of the Market study, a survey of nearly 1,300 solution providers around the nation, the outlook is good for health-care VARs. Twenty-three percent of those polled cited health care as one of the top three markets that present their greatest opportunity in the next three years. In addition, 33 percent of VARs cited health care as a vertical market from which they derive at least 10 percent of their overall revenue.
