Fuze Mobile

The Fuze Mobile app combines voice calling and video meetings with chat messaging, content sharing and contact center. Capabilities include four-digit extension dialing, the ability to take multiple calls simultaneously, contact center agent queues and a “quiet mode” for disconnecting outside of work hours.

Intermedia Unite

With the mobile app version of Intermedia Unite, users get capabilities for placing and receiving calls from their work number on their mobile device. Key features include voicemail, team chat and messaging, call recording (when enabled) and “call flip” between mobile and desk phones during a call.
