DXC Technology Takes Shape

CSC and HPE Enterprise Services have revealed 116 vice president and director appointments across a multitude of corporate and operating functions.

Global talent advisory firm Heidrick & Struggles conducted assessments across both organizations to select vice presidents and directors for the $25.6 billion solution provider, which will be called DXC Technology when it opens for business April 3.

DXC Technology placed great emphasis on leadership qualities and cultural fit, the company said, and also considered experience and performance. The new executives were nominated by DXC's functional leaders with input from the appointee's current manager and human resources business partners.
