Xerox has set aside $100 million for mergers and acquisitions in 2017 to convert multi-brand dealers into Xerox-exclusive agents. The first shot came in May with the acquisition of MT Technologies, a dealer of multivendor office equipment and managed print services. Xerox is the largest company in the managed print services space today, according to CEO Jeff Jacobson, and is looking to expand its footprint from the large enterprise to the SMB market.
